What is your return policy on raw materials?
To ensure the purity and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns on raw ingredients, liquids, or waxes once the seal is broken. Unopened equipment and molds may be returned within 30 days.
Do you provide SDS and COA documents for your products?
Yes, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for all our professional-grade ingredients upon request or via our website download center.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
