Review Policy
Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, noting that certain raw ingredients and fragrances are final sale for safety reasons.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our warehouse.
Package Securely
Carefully pack your items with the original packing slip and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent delays in processing.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
